REFUNDS
ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE OR USING A DISCOUNT CODE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.
We do not cover the cost of returns and all returns are subject to a £5 restocking and handling fee which will be deducted from your order value.

Upon receiving your item back it will undergo inspection, provided the item is in the same condition with labels still intact then a refund will be issued. Your refund may be refused if the item(s) being sent back are found to be damaged, tampered with or show signs of wear e.g smells, strands of hair, makeup stains on it etc

EXCHANGES: WITHIN 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date, you may exchange full priced items provided they are in the exact same condition you bought them in and the tag is still intact. (Items that are not in the same condition when purchased will be sent right back to you).
